 I attended the 2 day training at The Crowne Plaza, Manchester this weekend. I’m already trained in Phlebotomy but wanted to update my skills and progress onto the advanced course. I highly recommend this course, Alison and Andrew are fantastic trainers and they ensure everyone has good understanding and new skills to put into practice. Those feeling nervous are made to feel comfortable and at ease. A lovely friendly group too! The time seemed to fly, looking forward to the next course now 😁 .

Have just completed the Birmingham course led by Andrew with Sid, not only were they professional and highly knowledgeable but were very friendly and approachable. The course was delivered superbly and I would highly recommend their services and courses!! Fantastic weekend with amazing tutors and a lovely group of people!!!

Had never done phlebotomy before and had always been interested in it. Andrew was really informative and went through all aspects from health and Safety and how to do practical side. Andrew and Duncan built my confidence when doing the clinical skills. Really recommend this course.

I have just been on the two day course in Birmingham. I have never done anything like this and was very nervous but the trainer's Malcolm, Alison,Andrew and Georgina were fantastic they put you at ease and gave every opportunity for you to ask any questions or redo anything you were not 100% on. Malcolm was our main trainer for the weekend and was really easy going, fun and made me feel comfortable. All in all was a great weekend and I feel I came out of there with more than enough training. The group of ladies I trained with were awesome. Highly recommended this course.

Really enjoyed my phlebotomy training this weekend in Birmingham. it was very thorough and I now feel confident to put my training into practice. The training was excellent and covered all areas needed and it was a friendly but professional atmosphere. I would highly recommend absolutely fab !
